Mr. Ta Minh Thai Duong was born in Ninh Binh, graduated from Hanoi National Economics University. From 2005 - 2019: He joined Techcombank, SeABank, Eximbank and Vingroup with management positions from the beginning. level, intermediate to advanced level with the following areas of activity: Business Development, Financial Product Development, Strategic Management, Finance and Restructuring.

Froe joined VJS Group as a Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy General Director in charge of two areas of operation: sale and finance department.

Since June 2022, he has been the General Director of Viet Nhat advanced steel joint stock company - VJS Group.

Mr. Dang Hoang Tung graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology with a major in Energy Economics, then continued to study Law at Hanoi National University, Advanced in Political Theory at Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, and Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. Master of Business Administration at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

From 1993 to 2009, in the process of accumulating experience in managing and operating industrial production enterprises at Viglacera Corporation, he worked as an import-export specialist, Head of External Relations Department, Deputy General Director of the Union. VFG Floating Glass Business, General Director of Viglacera Binh Duong Float Glass Company, Director of Viglacera Branch in Da Nang.
In addition to his important contributions to the innovation of building materials production technology at Viglacera, he is also the Viglacera Brand Director: Building and developing the Viglacera brand ecosystem; register for national and international trademark protection; conduct legal proceedings to protect intellectual property rights; settle disputes, transfer, and license trademarks internally and externally.

From 2023 up to present, he has been Director of investment and system management.
